Chapter 2~ Okay so, My sister has nagged and nagged about wanting to see this, so this is for her :3

After returing from lunch with Levi, I, for some reason, just could not bear to work on these two projects anymore today. Perhaps it was that memories were flooding back into my mind. I still couldn't figure out why they were resurfacing in my mind now, of all times. I'm 28 years old, so these gruesome memories were over 10 years old. While I was still pondering, Levi approached me. "The boss wants the projects a month early..He said somethin' aboout taking out one of his rivals on his birthday." He said, yawning. My eyes narrowed as a sharp frown made it's way to my face. "Why don't you tell em, I'll be ready with the bloody projects, when they're godamn done!" I snapped, growling at Levi who flinched. I had forgotten, I had my father's voice. Sighing, I picked him up. "You act just like mum used to, you little rodent." I said, nuzzling him. He looked at me with curious eyes. "Talon, what was your mum like?" he questioned. I flinched. "My mother? Why do you ask?" I snapped back, almost harshly. "Well, you said I act like her...so what was she like?" He asked, crawling onto my head. "Well...My mum was..very kind." I said, as memories began to flood my mind again.

Mum was still sleeping by the time the boy was done 'studying' his father. Knocking on the door, Talon slipped into his mother's bedroom, sitting by her. It was a shame she was always sick, always in pain, and now his bastard of a father wasn't here to help with finance. "Mummy.." Talon said quietly, shaking her with gentle paws. The Vixen turned to see her son, smiling as she did. "Talon...Shouldn't you be in bed already?" she asked, coughing. The boy couldn't stand seeing his mother this way, she was always in pain. She needed to be in peace. The boy answered. "I know I should be in bed mum, but I can't let you just suffer like this." The vixen smiled and pet Talon's head slowly. "Well, You and your Father take care of me, so I'm not always suffering.." she said, coughing. "Now go back to be Talon, you have chores to do in the morning." With that, the boy exited the room and made up his mind. He would not allow his mother to suffer any longer...
